Gifts in the mail!

I was so lucky to receive two lovely gifts from Rosanna this week. I knew she was making the sewing box but the little tray was a complete surprise. It is especially wonderful because I've been wanting a little tray for a long time and this one is so sweet! As sweet as Rosanna herself :)

The little sewing box has the prettiest top ...

and inside there is a tray for scissors, cottons and so on, and the bottom is lined with pretty toile paper which unfortunately doesn't show in the photo.

For the moment they are in the 'boutique brocante', but they are not for sale! Definitely not! They are there only to be admired, and to entice customers to enter :)

Thank you very very much Rosanna for your kindness, they are such wonderful gifts! How clever you are!

Oh yes, I am indeed very fortunate to receive such precious gifts.

Thanks for your good wishes, I still have work to do but I hope also to have a little 'play time' late next week.

Oooh, they are sooo lovely and purposely made for you, quite obviously :). Rosanna is not only good at embroidery but woodwork as well. A pretty rare combo. I love her too for her generosity (to a fault sometimes) and for being ever so sweet but not sickeningly so ;p. Norma, after your exams, we should hang out (let's get Rosanna to come along) to celebrate our presents and good fortune! :)

Hi, Norma! Thanks so much for your comment on my blog! Yes, I will post some pictures soon - I am just starting Spring cleaning and my house is a disaster right now! The only pic I have is of the one at the bottom of my blog! I am planning to take some pictures outside in an few weeks after I plant some flowers! I DID look back at your old posts to see YOUR cottage! I love it! The WINDOWS are so beautiful. I love the 'diamond' patterned one in the kitchen. Just lovely. PLUS, I love MINIATURE things, so I will also enjoy seeing all of your dollhouse miniature house postings! I have become a follower! Thanks again for your comment and I will let you know when I have FINALLY posted something for you to see! :)
Best regards,
Gloria
